Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 29, 2026  |  Last Updated: July 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Webzoxy, a registered DBA of Rastemex Group LLC (“Webzoxy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit webzoxy.com (the “Site”) or use our services. It is provided in accordance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA).

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Identifiers – name, email address, phone number, and company name that you voluntarily provide through our contact and quote-request forms.
  • Commercial information – details about services you request, proposals, and project communications.
  • Internet activity – pages visited, time on site, referring pages, browser type, device type, and approximate (city-level) location, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not collect information directly from children (see Section 8).

2. How We Use Information

  • To respond to inquiries and provide proposals, quotes, and the services you request.
  • To deliver, maintain, and improve our digital marketing, web development, app development, AI automation, SEO, and GEO services.
  • To improve the Site, personalize the user experience, and measure marketing performance.
  • To send project updates or, with your consent, occasional company news. You may opt out at any time.
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies (including Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) to analyze traffic and measure marketing performance. A consent banner allows you to accept, reject, or customize non-essential cookies. You can also set your browser to refuse cookies; some parts of the Site may not function properly if you do.

4. How We Respond to “Do Not Track” Signals

Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals. Because no uniform standard has been adopted, the Site does not currently respond to DNT signals. We do, however, honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid request to opt out of any sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as required by California law.

5. Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we have not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months. We share personal information only with:

  • Service providers that help us operate the Site and our business (such as hosting, analytics, form processing, and scheduling providers), under contracts that restrict their use of your information;
  • Legal authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and safety.

6. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose;
  • Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (see our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page);
  • Non-discrimination – we will never discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email marketing@webzoxy.com with the subject line “California Privacy Request” or call 310-977-6180. We will verify your request using the contact details you provide and respond within 45 days. You may also use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

7. Data Retention and Security

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law, and we use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
